A LITTLE ABOUT OUR COMPANY
Nikki Lubich and Patricia
Greenberg, the owners and chef, have spent more than thirty years in the restaurant,
catering and event planning industry. Patricia has a degree in nutrition and food science
as well as being a culinary school graduate. Nikki, a third generation restaurateur, has
planned hundreds of events. We have been partners for six years and share
responsibilities. Patricia oversees the kitchen while Nikki usually handles the planning
and logistics.
We provide quality, value & creativity to our clients at a reasonable
cost.
We work hard to make it easy
for you. Our priority is to make you proud of your event whether it is large or small.We
have served a caviar breakfast for ten and organized a four day music festival for 5,400.
One (or both) of us is always present for every function we cater. All you have to do is
relax and enjoy.
We have developed and
cultivated local resources and relationships for more than thirty years. We know where and
how to find the very best this city has to offer and we bring the very best to your table.
We also have established relationships with great florists, musicians, wine merchants,
photographers, and rental companies which we are proud to share with you.
In addition to catering, we
offer a full range of event/party planning services. We can safely guide you through the
minefields of organizing a wedding celebration, bar mitzvah and even the in-laws' golden
wedding anniversary. And yes, you will be able to afford it.
We are very experienced in
planning all of your corporate functions --- everything from partners' meetings to
shareholders' meetings to off-site training events, award banquets or working lunches.
We also customize gift
baskets for holidays and special occasions ....... whether corporate or personal.
Because we are a small,
personalized company we want to make certain there is enough time to prepare everything
just as you request. Therefore, we work with only a limited number of clients. Our
commitment to your satisfaction is the hallmark of our organization.
